With three soft, coconut-kissed layers ribboned with tangy blueberry coulis, made using Hawke’s Bay-grown blueberries from our friends at Bay Blue. It’s all wrapped in a whipped, dairy-free buttercream (yep, it’s vegan) that’s smooth, silky, and full of flavour.
