Refund policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any queries about your order or a particular product, please contact us directly. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Bellatino's Kitchen makes every effort to pack and get your order to you in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us on 06 651 0194 immediately if you are unsatisfied in any way.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit we will happily replace or refund the affected items at our discretion. We may require additional information and/or photos from you to process this.

Damaged goods must be notified within 24-hours of receipt of your order to receive a refund or exchange.

Should you receive an incorrect item/s please contact us within 24-hours so we can rectify the issue.

Should a product prove defective we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s at our discretion. We may require additional information and/or photos from you in order to fulfil our food safety and quality assurance processes and to process a replacement or refund.

Any refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Please note that refunds to a credit card may take a few working days to appear on your credit card statement once processed.

RETURNS
Items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, sealed and with any labels or tags intact. Unfortunately we do not accept 'change of mind' returns.

Unfortunately, our food safety plan does not allow perishable item to be returned. We regret that we are also unable to accept returns on gift cards.

REFUNDS
Once approved, all refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Please note that refunds to a credit card may take a few working days to appear on your credit card statement once processed.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND NON-DELIVERY
Orders may be cancelled up to 96 hours before the date of dispatch, In this instance a full refund will be provided via the original method of payment.  We cannot cancel an order after the 4 day window as the cake making process has already started. 

Please ensure you supply the correct delivery address when placing your order. Bellatino's Kitchen takes no responsibility for orders delivered to the wrong address, due to incorrect delivery information being provided by the customer.

 Important note about order responsibility: We will not leave our cakes unattended and if no one is there to receive our cake on delivery, they will be sent back to their home in Ahuriri awaiting adoption. (If you or the recipient knows they will not be available notice must be arranged prior with SPECIFIC instructions on where cake can be left safely; away from weather, small animals and any damage that may occur. Once delivered Bellatino's Food Lovers Market & Bellatino's Kitchen take no responsibility in the care of the cake. 

In the event that an order cannot be delivered and it is returned (due to an incorrect address being provided or our courier being unable to locate or leave the items at the delivery address) we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply.
