Two dense, ultra-moist layers of dark chocolate cake are made with quality olive oil and no dairy, then finished with a smooth whipped buttercream and topped with fresh strawberries or tart dried cherries (season depending). It’s rich. It’s sophisticated. And yes, it’s totally irresistible. This cake is made without Gluten or Dairy.
